Pointy fingers

I have no one to blame but myself that Hay woke me up at precisely 4:00am to tell me that my pager was going off, that I couldn't find said pager even though it was in my laptop case because I have it set to chirp once every 3 minutes until acknowledged, and that I couldn't get back to sleep until an hour later.

I also have no one to blame but myself that once I did finally fall back to sleep I had the very disturbing dream of my supervisor catching me having alone time with myself. (Yes, what you think I mean is what I mean.) I think I dreamed this because I missed a meeting yesterday morning when I was taking Georgie to the vet's to drop her off but ended up having an exam appointment and taking her back home. I have absolutely no conscious or subconscious interest in showing my bits to my supervisor, for the record.

RW may be onto something ;)

I was up at 4 am last night too, if it makes you feel any better...listening to my husband snore!! But then he did a little snore rinse, which solved the problem.

I also woke up in the middle of a nice dream about John Krasinski two days ago. He has his email address listed in my college directory, but I'm not stalking him or anything ;)

I hate when I am wakened earlier than I need to be and then can't get back to sleep. It always means some kind of weird vivid dream...no boss revealing bits here either.

RW and Bearette - You both have irreparably damaged me by suggesting that I might show my supervisor Georgie's bits. Skeeved out doesn't quite cover it. Are you two into kitty pr0n?!

Mishka - I say random things at 4:00am. I told Hay that I couldn't find my pager and that he was just going to have to deal with the beeping and to go back to sleep. When he found the pager in my laptop bag I told him to "go to bed now and don't wake me up again." I amuse myself, but I don't amuse Hay. :)

Again, poor Hay! Methinks he needs his own label around here. :P

Yah, I dunno why he puts up with me. I find it hilarious even now. No remorse whatsoever.
