Did I mention Barenaked Ladies has a new album called Barenaked Ladies Are Men? They do! Hay and I bought it over the weekend. I've listened to it exactly one time, but not because it isn't any good. I just have been cramming my Veronica Mars episodes.Also, in the very near future HAY AND I ARE GOING TO SEE THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS! I have seen the Johns in concert before but it's been 15 years. I have their autographs which my hot roommate got me back in college when they stayed at the hotel he worked at. The autographs sit quietly in the safe but I really should frame them and put them on the wall.

When I post the answers I will also post which ones you all got correct. Let me just say that I am amused by the patterns of which items people think are false.

I noticed some of them were packed with detail so I assumed they were true. I wonder if I was right :)
I've never seen TMBG in concert, but every time you mention them, it makes me want to go pull out my old CDs of theirs and listen to them again.
Oh, I heart the Johns so much! The last time I saw them live was in a Borders book store, promoting their kids' CD & DVD. Not exactly the same as a club show, but it was still entertaining of course. Have fun!

Avi - You should pull out your TMBG. The old stuff is awesome. I like some of the new stuff but there's too much kids music mixed in now so I'm hoping they do a ton of old stuff at the concert. I'm sure Hay and I will be the oldest people in the crowd, aside from Hay's co-workers who are awesomely random. And if you haven't already seen their documentary (GIGANTIC: A Tale of Two Johns) I will gladly send you a copy. It's how I met Sarah Vowell.
Stef - I totally intend to. Even if they do their kids stuff I LOVE to watch them perform. :)
Yeah, I totally guessed on them all. Mostly 'cause I don't ask questions to get to know you better when we're naked at Avi's place.
