| I was listening to our local jack station in the car and heard Photograph which is a song I've always loved but didn't know who sang it. I finally wrote down the song so that I could look it up when I came back home. At home I listened to several songs from the All the Right Reasons album and decided I needed to buy the whole thing from the iTunes music store. I am now the proud owner of my first Nickelback album. :) |  |

Poppy, why wouldn't you just buy the real CD so you wouldn't have the restrictions that you get from Itunes and you would have the better quality to own forever? Just curious. I buy a few things from Itunes but I haven't done a whole CD yet.
An excellent question! I normally buy CDs if I want entire albums, but sometimes I get overwhelmed with the need to have something NOW, and today was one of those times. :) Also, no sales tax, no shipping, and I do have a backup copy on CD at Apple's recommendation. I know that I can buy songs or not buy songs and have them anyway from other online sources, but I'm set in my ways.
Did you know they're Canadian? We like 'em up here!
I did not know that, P'nut! But, I do love all things Canadian so that probably explains my need to have their music NOW. :)

I love Nickelback's "Photograph" too. Makes me all wistful for high school (though my high school years were NUTHIN like what they sing about). Another Canadian band that's makin' it in the States. Yay!
I *heart* Nickelback!!! That album is a lot of fun. I enjoy "Animals"--it makes me giggle...
Photograph is my pick for the worst song of 2005.
