Looks like Katrina couldn't stop the best party in the world. I'm so glad New Orleans is rebuilding instead of remaining an aftermath wasteland. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that The Big Easy gets at least a century's break from any more natural disasters.
(I just watched 15 seconds of the Bourbocam and someone showed her boobs, hehe. :)

I used to live in New Orleans and believe that nothing could stop Mardi Gras. What a great time!
