- Before a blood draw drink plenty of water to make your vein juicy which prevents the need for multiple needle stabs
- The stomach muscles are connected to the back, so doing stomach tightening/strengthening exercises helps to relieve back pain
- It is possible to lose weight even in the winter (I lost 3 more pounds since my visit a month ago!)

Sit-ups are bad for my back, but I don't think that applies to everyone. My doctor said to tighten my stomach muscles, hold, then relax, repeat which is something I can do at work, at home, on the road, anywhere.
Thanks about the three pounds. I was shocked. I was wearing my boots and jeans so I was expecting to weigh in heavier than last time, but nope.
