Meatloaf retraction

Although the meatloaf tasted incredible, it was 85% lean and there was a great deal of nasty fat swimming around it in the crockpot, so I shall not be showing you photos, unless you drop me a comment that you want me to email you a link because you're totally into meat fat coagulation. :)
