Anyone out there have big pores on any part of their face, and therefore dirt trapped in said pores? What do you do about it? I'm not asking for myself, I'm asking for my friend “Floppy”.

That's what I like to call "Facial Time." Tell Floppy she needs one. It's either that or Biore, but the facial will bring you other benefits, too.
I agree with Jurgen--Floppy needs to sit over a pot of steaming water (I like to throw in a few chamomile tea bags) for about 10-15 minutes, then cleanse and apply a Biore. I then like to put on a clay mask and after it dries, rinse and put on a good moisturizer, and don't forget to pay attention to the neck!
There's also this instrument that my sister uses called a blackhead extractor. It hurts like hell but it works......
A good scrub, clay masque and wipe with Witch Hazel (as a toner, after) and a good moisturizer like "Complex 15" Therapeutic Moisturizing Face Cream (Schering-Plough HealthCare Products puts it out (Cetaphil lotion is good too).
I take a nice hot shower and usually scrub my face, neck and chest with an apricot scrub (used on a body scrubber--not a pouf).
I was very fond of a line called "Princess Marchella Borghese," a while back, not sure if that company is still out. But their mud mask was the best I've ever used.
Washing the face before bed is a good strategy, too.

you've written a post about my nose.
i've never had a facial, but i hear they're fantastic.
Avon has a line of products called Pore-Fection that works pretty good and is not that expensive. I love the mask.
Facials are awesome though!
