I'm not sure why, but...

I've lost so much weight this summer (without trying) that I weigh the same as on my wedding day. I should probably report that to my doctor. I've never had an easy time losing weight. Hmm.

Are you just rubbing it in or what?

:oP

No. I'm disturbed. Usually when someone who can't lose weight is able to do so without trying is very ill. So, ...yah. Saying that I've lost a bunch of weight still keeps me in the "overweight" to "obese" range, and freaked out.

Have you stopped drinking soda? Or given up coffee?

Sometimes it's the little things that trigger a weight loss.

Pass on the secret! Actually, I have had times like that, as well, just not recently. Are you experiencing stress?? I can't think of any other reason if you say you're not eating less or exercising more...

Yeah, I would be making a phone call to the Doc, pronto.

Seriously. Get that shit checked out. Sudden, unexplained weight loss isn't good.

Thinking about you :)

Let's hope you're just eating a bit less w/out realizing it. Yes, do get it checked though!

It's depression.

I've given up sodas, fast food, and junk food, and I still weight the same as I did in high school 7 years ago.

Yeah, I'd definitely talk to your doctor especially if it's a lot of weight in a short period.

Keep us posted.

Poppy please go check... that can be an indicator of diabetes... Hoping is all well and your metabolism is revved up (like I wish mine would be)!

Misfit - I stopped drinking milk. I generally LOVE milk, but... Also, haven't been able to drink alcohol since March, but...I dunno.

I will go to the doctor's. I am not depressed. I know what that feels like, and I'm not feeling that. Stress, yes, but not unmanageable. I will call tomorrow. Too late today.
