No, no! We cannot let any crockpot meatloaf go to waste! We actually sauteed the onions then added the meatloaf and marinara sauce, cooked the Bisquick crust separately, then topped the crust with the meat and onion sauce and some cheddar on the very top. It rocked!
Just make regular chili, but add vegetarian meat crumble (like beef-flavored soy, or whatever kind is in your frozen foods section, just make sure it's pre-crumbled). I love veggie chili too. :) Then I don't, in mid-consumption, start thinking about the poor cows slaughtered to let me eat the chili.

Will you be doing crockpot pork chops next week? Delicious....
Ooh, hadn't thought of crockpot pork chops. We love chicken in a pot (that's a real recipe name!), and I tend to like my pork chops a bit crunchy. :D
My favorite alltime crockpot dish has to be chili. Poppy loves her beans.
Whoorl - congrats again on the little one!
