That is a very good looking dog. I'm a little concerned for him/her. If you've seen him lying in the street... where the [bleepexpletivebleep] are his/her parents? Does he/she have tags?
P, the dog's owners watch him sit where he sits. I guess it's just understood by everyone who goes by that they shouldn't run over the dog. He hangs out with half of his body on the corner sidewalk block and the other half in the street, so typically not completely in the street. Still not safe, but he has this invisible forcefield around him...
They watch him do it? [insert disapproving frown here] Methinks that's just askin' for trouble. I mean, forcefield theory aside, all it takes is one crazy driver who's not paying attention and then you've got a whole lotta sadness to deal with.
