does this mean they just graduated from college? or something post-college? or nothing of the sort? i saw "eleves" and "instituts regionaux" so i know they're students of some sort, but i don't know what age.
No, it's people being certified to work for the ministère de l'emploi. Just means a bunch of people are now officially able to work for the Minister of Employment in particular regions. Boring stuff. :)
Thanks! Sorry to be totally nosy, but how old do you think they typically are? I'm wondering if they get certified right after college graduation or wait around a bit.
Based on that snippet I have no idea. My random feeling about it is that it's like becoming a US citizen -- you do it when you're ready. Where did the snippet come from?
