"It's like Cap'n Crunch... but bluer."
this has nothing to do with snakes, but i figured you were a french expert :)i came across this: Par arrêté du Premier ministre et de la ministre de l'emploi et de la solidarité en date du 24 janvier 2001, sont nommés et titularisés dans le grade d'attaché d'administration centrale du ministère de l'emploi et de la solidarité à compter du 1er septembre 2000 les élèves des instituts régionaux d'administration déclarés aptes à être titularisés dont les noms suivent :...followed by a bunch of names.does this mean they just graduated from college? or something post-college? or nothing of the sort? i saw "eleves" and "instituts regionaux" so i know they're students of some sort, but i don't know what age.
No, it's people being certified to work for the ministère de l'emploi. Just means a bunch of people are now officially able to work for the Minister of Employment in particular regions. Boring stuff. :)
Thanks! Sorry to be totally nosy, but how old do you think they typically are? I'm wondering if they get certified right after college graduation or wait around a bit.
Based on that snippet I have no idea. My random feeling about it is that it's like becoming a US citizen -- you do it when you're ready. Where did the snippet come from?
I was googling somebody ;)
Yeah - we get those across our bushes from the two black snakes that live in our backyard.
