I work in IT. I am female. I don't enjoy listening to anyone, but particularly men, call anything about technology “sexy” in the workplace. If you wanna go to the pub and discuss how sexy [insert product here] is that's fine because then I can either agree with you or call you out on it. But, I'm never ever going to agree with you that anything at all is sexy while we're standing on any property owned or operated by our employer, and definitely not anything IT related. Please stop using that word. It's not sexy to call technology sexy. It is, in fact, unsexy.
