Yup, really, The Illusionist never arrived. We have now received a third movie in the time it has taken for The Illusionist to (never) arrive.
Okay, and I am literally watching Top Chef right now and absolutely sick to my stomach that Cliff is holding Marcel down to try to get someone else to shave his hair off. I know what the intention is, but ... if I had just been woken up and there was suddenly anyone pinning me down on the ground I would think I was about to be assaulted (physically, sexually, both). Ugh. I can guess the ending on this. Bybye, Cliff. Good riddance!

The Illusionist was actually pretty good. You'll like it, if it ever arrives.
The Top Chef thing was rather horrifying. There's some discussion on the television without pity message boards about how if you look at the frames still by still when Marcel is rushing to the bedroom you can see Elia on the floor laughing... with all her hair. As though the shave Marcel's thing happened first and they shaved their heads later.

Joanne, thanks for telling me about the forum. I read through several pages of comments about the episode and saw the image of Elia, and I also now understand that it was Marcel asking for Elia when she said she couldn't come help. (For some reason I thought it was ilan or Sam asking for her to come out.) I am now disgusted by all of them. The person who suggested that Bravo shut down the rest of the season probably has the smartest idea... I'm just glad a lot of other people agree how disgusting this behavior was and that what occurred was assault.
