Was anyone else disturbed that in the season premiere of SNL they used real footage for the JetBlue skit and the New Orleans skit? Something about real footage makes it much less funny for me... It just makes it sad. :(
No no, SNL is much more watered down unfunness. I only set it up to record because I love the US version of The Office (although never as much as the UK version) and Steve Carell was the SNL guest host.
The audience is even watered down. His monologue was hilarious, but it's as if no one in the audience was smart enough to get any of his jokes...
