I've converted to relying on Bloglines to tell me when there are updates to my 30 favoritest blogs. Today none of the feeds are working for me, so it's as if no one is posting. I spot checked a few of the blogs I know update daily and they all have updates. Gah!!!!!!! Now I am forced to actually show up to blogs without knowing if they're updated or not! Annoying! It's like arriving to someone's house unannounced! ... Okay, not really, but I think you get my point.
Update: I read on Avi's blog that Blogger beta is the villain, so I am resubscribing to allllllll the blogs. Ugh.

I've converted to using Google Reader. It works a bit differently from Bloglines, and you must play about with your preferences before it begins to make sense; but once you become accustomed to the interface, it's not a bad alternative. The only real difficulty is learning how to work with the folders, which are not very intuitive at all.
If you want to give it a go, you can export your subscriptions from Bloglines and import them to Google Reader.

I second the recommendation by gecko rock...give Google Reader a try. I just converted myself and all seems to be cool in Google Reader world so far.
I'm thinking about using Google Reader myself. I don't know if it's Blogger Beta, because not everybody just changed over today. It could just be Bloglines acting retarded.
