If it's true, I'm so happy for them! Holly is the only one of the three girlfriends who seems to genuinely be in love with Hugh. She has said on The Girls Next Door numerous times that she wants to have kids with him before 30. She's 27. (He's almost 81.)
Yay for Holly! Hope that Bridget and Kendra get a nice severance package before the mansion door hits them in the bunny tail on the way out.

That is creepy on so many levels.
Isn't he still legally married to the mother of his teenage sons? Who lives in a mansion next door? That's the last I heard. On some True Hollywood-type show a year or so ago.
Well, that kinda puts a damper on things. Maybe he'll just knock her up.
