The best invention since sliced bread

Thank you, Stacy. I can't even begin to count up all the calories and grams of fat I won't be ingesting because you introduced me to this product.

I always have in my fridge a bottle of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray. It is the only processed (read: entirely chemical) product I have in my kitchen. My air-popped popcorn would be nothing without it. I am in complete denial that even though it says 0 fat and 0 calories per 1.25 spray serving, I must be consuming fat and calories since I (and anyone larger than an ant) uses far more than the serving size. The 2nd ingredient is liquid soybean oil, and the fourth ingredient is sweet cream butter.

But, anyway, I love the stuff, too, and I am happy living in butter-flavored denial. ;)

It's waaay better than eating a stick of butter with your bowl of popcorn, even if you use the entire bottle of spray.

To be fair, it actually tastes like Parkay margarine, which is what I ate at my dad's house growing up so I like the flavor very much. It definitely helps liven up a dish that is dry without adding fat. I'm convinced this is what will help me maintain my current weight through the winter so that I can continue to lose more weight in the other three seasons. :)

I typically use between 5 and 15 sprays on my food, and a plate serving is 5 sprays so that's 3 servings, so even if there is 0.4 grams of fat in a serving that's only 1.2 grams of fat, whereas if I used real butter or margarine I would consume between 10-20 grams of fat depending on how overboard I went with my butter.

Plus, I love the spray sound, makes me think I'm hairspraying my food, which amuses me for some unknown reason...
