Oh, I agree with you, Popita! If only Santa could work such a miracle. The only diet soda I have found that tastes even remotely like it's original is Sprite Zero. But that doesn't really help us Coke-heads. :D I think it's got to do with clear cola vs. dark cola... they can't seem to get rid of the icky aftertaste in brown diet colas.

Have you tried Coke Zero? It's not *exactly* like regular coke, but a whole lot more like it than Diet Coke is.

I second the motion on Diet Coke with Splenda. It's no Coca-Cola Classic, but it's pretty freaking close.
