a review of my new favoritest sunscreen products

It's so gorgeous outside today that I used my new fun-in-the-sun products for mowing the lawn.

These products:

work super well at keeping you from being burned. They spray on CLEAR, the best part. They apply quickly. They kinda coat everything around you in the mist so just be careful what's around you. They also make your skin super shiny. And if you get it in your hair it kinda acts the same as hair spray.

I'm not saying those are bad things, I'm just informing.

If you want to know more, Coppertone | Banana Boat.

Yes, I use SPF 50 products because I am very fair-skinned and burn like a lobster otherwise. Poppy Lobster is not sexy.

HAHA, Poppy Lobster XD . I use like, SPF 15 because I don't burn at all; I jsut try not to irradiate my skin with those UVA/UVB rays. I was asked if I was as Spaniard or a Greek at the beach the other day, believe it or not.

Bearette, good. You are fair-skinned like me. Important to protect the skin.

Spénce, cooked lobster is never sexy no matter how many Captain and Cokes one has had. I saw you in your last video, you definitely have that Florida tan. My second boyfriend was from Florida and while he lived there he was always asked if he was other nationalities because of his deep tan. When he moved to (France :D ) he was pasty white just like me. I like how you've usurped your Floridian accent while you're there too. You have a much more subtle accent when you're "home" avec Maman et Papa.

Re: Accent -- We native Floridians like it that way. :) The southern is my natural accent; next time you're online, I'll explain WHY I don't use it as much up North.

I, too, get what I consider "white" when I go up North, too. Many people from up North are realllllly pasty and they tell me I'm crazy.

And good lord, burning is horrible. I know that, silly girl!

OH! and before I forget: Mon père est des sud - d'Atlanta. Il a un accent aussi - maman est du Massachusetts. :o

I saw an ad on TV for the Bullfrog SPF 50 with bug repellent. I remember exclaiming "finally!" at the screen. We all could have been rich if we'd been the ones to come up with that.

We use Banana Boat. Good stuff!

On our last trip to the beach, Ryan wanted me to "not spray it so much that I feel it drip"...

So...I didn't. I went what I thought was a good pace over his back in a loose zig-zag pattern.

He burned. So now it looks like a dyslexic zorro marked his back. It's basically a huge "S" that got protected and is still a lovely shade of white.

*sigh*

Ohhh, Liss, thank you for making me laugh. I needed that.

I used 2 whole cans of the coppertone stuff on vacay in FL last week. The only sad thing was that in all my pics I'm shiny and it looks kind of gross. Also, I used it on my niece to keep her hair in the braids since we didn't have hairspray. It totally worked. :)
