Person for the Ethical Treatment of People

I am horrified that human beings can be so cruel to one another. Why? What purpose does this serve? Do unto others, people... So unsettling.

I swear I was born on the wrong planet. I belong on the planet where humans see other humans as equals, and see value in all human life. I am slightly hypocritical in that I choose to eat animals while I love them at the same time, but at least treating other humans properly would be a great start!
