Dwight: Are you near sighted or far sighted?
Ben Franklin: Both. That is why I invented the bifocal.
Dwight: GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Love that show...

An office spoiler party confessional grinning extravaganza because I like long titles, keep it comin', hi.
Michael hit Meredith with his car, which I almost did to someone who came out of nowhere yesterday. Luckily I didn't actually hit her.
I'm only part way into the episode because I'M WATCHING IT ONLINE AT NBC.COM, WOOT FOR THEM CHANGING TO FULL EPISODES!!!, but I'm entirely convinced Kevin's right about Jam. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D (did I mention :D ?)
Oh, and Dwight totally killed Angela's cat. Honestly, it was a mercy killing. I'm not yet sure if we learn how he did it, but ... I'm just thinking of quality of life and how hard it was to keep my girl going when she was that sick. It sucks bags of gooey pus. (Yum! Hope you weren't eating!)
Update: ZOMG JAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unicorns to leprechauns

From The Schrute Buck via Office Tally.
And in case you have no flipping idea what I'm talking about (Joe, RW, the rest of yous), then I present you the season finale dialog:
Dwight: Don’t you want to earn Schrute bucks?
Stanley: No. In fact, I’ll give you a billion Stanley nickels if you never talk to me again.
Dwight: What’s the ratio of Stanley nickels to Schrute bucks?
Stanley: Same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.

In case you missed it
If you didn't see how things concluded with Jim and Pam in last night's season finale then you need to go here and watch.
The gold thing is the yogurt top from the Office Olympics episode, in case you are confused by that. Which means you haven't ever been paying attention and need to rewatch all episodes. :P

Jenna Fischer fell down some stairs and fractured her back in four places!!! So awful! Best wishes for a super speedy recovery.
Ugh, back injuries suck so hard...

'The Job'
I know it's an entire week early, but here is the preview for next week's finale of The Office which only contains spoilers if you didn't see this week's episode and will make Molly happy happy happy because the Pam stuff is in there:
This episode starts at 8:00pm, so adjust your TVs accordingly.
Edit: NBC made their video private for whatever stupid reason. So I'm not sure what the point is of keeping this post up. Oh well. Other than Blogger is about to go down for maintenance so I don't have a choice if I click Publish. :)
Update: That video is working again so watch it. :)

The Office mostly not moving to hour-long format
Remember when I told you there were rumors of The Office moving from a 30-minute format to an hour format next season? Welllllllllll, even today there were rumors flying around because Kristin Veitch from E! Online kinda made us think it would be the case, but the truth is that four episodes out of 24 will be an hour long next season. That's why they're called rumors. :)
The original rumor announcement from Kristin has been preserved by Office Tally and, again, is not true:

Original story:
E!’s Kristin Veitch reports that the possibility of The Office becoming a one-hour show this fall is stronger than ever:
I’ve just heard from multiple insiders that it’s looking very likely that NBC will double the amount of The Office we’ll get next season. I’m told it’s looking like each episode will expand to be an hourlong; however, if that plan falls through for some reason, I’m hearing that, at the very least, NBC wants to pick up something like 37 episodes of the show in its current half-hour format.

Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica. ~ Boob Edition

And totally unrelated: Mel? Only one text message? You need to drink more practice shots, Sweetie. :)
phoning it in
Today is the last day to do the contest. B is still winning by one.
My morning has sucked ass so far. I'm hoping the rest of the day improves. I don't have much hope until this evening, but we'll see what we see.
Regarding last night's super-sized Office: Hay and I kept wondering who the hell wrote that episode because basically none of the characters were acting like themselves. Very odd... Well, except Kelly who was rocking out to the cell phone rendition of My Humps.

Will The Office be an hour long next season?
GMMR posted about this yesterday but because I was blog silencing I couldn't post it. And I forgot about it. And luckily I leave all my tabs open indefinitely and therefore have about 50 tabs open all the freaking time so I wandered back over to it and voila. Anyway, here's the link. I hope it's true because a half hour of The Office is soooooo not enough. Unless your name is Molly and you hate the show because of the Jam/Jaren jerk-around. But my name is not Molly. So I am happy. If it is true. Period. The End. Period again.

BEARS, BEETS, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA redux
I assure you that the spoilers are in the comments.
Remember when I shared this YouTube video and you laughed so hard you cried and peed? :
I have to give "Product Recall" my vote for most favoritest Office episode ever. And here's why...
And, yup, reminder: You can go do the contest now.

Spot check
I like to reply to comments now that I know all y'all appreciate it. However, Blogger is being a (see label) and many of your comments are not arriving to my email address so I don't even know you've left a comment unless I click on each and every post's comments section. Gah. So, if you really were expecting me to reply to a comment and I didn't you might wanna nudge me. I'm still receiving email, just not all the blogger comments. PARTICULARLY Spéncèr's, although others are affected. (Spénce, see your email.)
And now I must golobotomize myself run a meeting. YAR! Hmm, and I've just been informed that my "TPS reports [are] DUE!!" Later!
PS - "BEARS, BEETS, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!!!!"
(Warning: That's likely a spoiler of next week's "Product Recall" episode of The Office.)

No, I did not see The Office last night.
Stef points out that it was a repeat, and GMMR confirms it. I had a feeling I remembered that it was a rerun, but I hate it when surprises are ruined for me so I didn't even dare go poking around to find out.

Yes, they are, in fact, smaller.
BJ Novak from The Office demonstrates on Conan O'Brien that the Cadbury egg has actually shrunk in size, despite Cadbury's claim to the contrary:

Quickies
I just ate an entire burrito. My tummy is happppppy.
Last night's Office was a bit weak. Avi and I agree John Krasinski looked tired. Molly and I agree we're so over Jam it's not funny. Hay and I loved Angela's story line the best. The little mini orgasms she kept having over everyone's recounts were hilarious. And when Creed didn't play along nicely was the best. Both Hay and I had to look away when we saw Ryan and Kelly making out. GET. A. ROOM. :) Anyone else want to chime in on the supersized episode?
Hay and I are going directly from work to see GRINDHOUSE and I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were also supposed to go to see the in-laws this weekend but that fell through due to weather so I'll be home on either my living room or office couch feverishly working away on some projects for work that are never going to get done during the work week. Yay, me. At least I have some Lindt wafer milk chocolate bars to help me out with that.
