Are you a casual racist?

TLC has authored a compelling blog entry describing the concept of casual racism. I'm pretty sure we may all fall into the casual racism category -- thinking that someone of a different race or ethnicity is somehow substandard to ourselves. It would be great if we could some day acknowledge and get past our propensity towards casual racism, but I'm not sure that'll happen in my lifetime. Doesn't hurt to try one person at a time, though...
