A tribute to my girl crush

I'm sad Sara Von Gillern got kicked off SYTYCD but it's not for her lack of talent or for her lack of smokin' hotedness as the best b-girl around.

For her farewell I give you her best two performances.

Disco:

Solo:

Yummmmmmmmmmmm.

Update: Since no one can see when I link off to stuff because dark blue and black look similar when the font is small I have BOLDED the link to b-girl. I don't expect everyone to know what a b-girl is because you didn't grow up in my world. So, if you were wondering what a b-girl is please just click the word b-girl above. But not here, because I'm too lazy to link it here. :P ;)

Update 2: wHall explains that I misinterpreted his unfortunately worded comment, and he did actually use my link to learn about b-girls. It's fascinating stuff! I probably wouldn't know anything about them if Karalee hadn't danced with the boys on that flattened cardboard in the middle school cafeteria. She was such a badass...

I wonder if Lacey Schwimmer is related to David?

Yes, they are cousins. Also, she is the younger sister of last season's SYTYCD winner, Benji Schwimmer and cousin to Heidi Groskreutz who was in the top 4 of last season's SYTYCD.

Small world.

More info at the wiki.

I had to go look up b-girl. I'm glad I did. Did you also love Breakin'? Not that there were many b-girls in it - except for Special K and then the one girl that Electra-Rock brought out during their showdown.

wH - Glad I could edify you. I of course loved Breakin. That was the BEST. And did you ever see Teen Witch where there is the "Top That!" showdown? RAWKED. I know that's just a rap-off, but you can tell she's dying to bust a few more moves.

I've not only not watched Teen Witch but I've never heard of it. I have seen Teen Wolf, though - is it related?

I see from IMDB that it is indeed so.

I'm going to make a point to get both Teen Wolf and Teen Witch and watch it this month with my kids. I think I'll pass on Teen Wolf Too although I've always enjoyed watching Jason Bateman.

wH, as long as you're prepared for 2 hours of embarrassment then please do watch Teen Witch. I'm not kidding, you're going to feel full-on shame while you watch that movie.
