I parallel parked (left side) for the first time in 5 years and did so perfectly between my boss's car in front of me and some Audi in back of me. And then just for kicks I gunned it forward then gunned it in the reverse. So much fun...
Were you listening to White Zombie when you parallel-parked? I find that loud music helps your concentration, especially when you're dealing with finessing bumpers and a curb.

Dan, I always turn off any unnecessary sound in the car when I'm parking or pulling out so I can hear around me and not hit stuff.
