zomgzombies

Just today alone I have invited myself over to ... five? ... bloggers' homes or travel locations. Apparently I won't be satisfied until I actually MEET A BLOGGER.

Could someone please hurry up and meet me? Please?

  2. I promise that you can meet me.

Wait. Are we talking "meet" in the Biblical sense, or just regular type?

  3. The Chicago meetup is in late August. See this guy for details.

  4. Oh my god, you're so cute. I fully intended to have visited you by now but every weekend something has come up, including plans for following weekends. I've decided to wait until Fall when the heatwave breaks so that I won't be a cranky motherfucker when I see you. Est-ce que c'est bien?

  5. Crys - Your story terrified me. Now I'm whimpering.

ACW - I am not "meet"ing you, no matter how drunk I get. :P

RW - But I don't live in Chicago, I live in FRANCE! Wah. August is the toughest month for me to get away because of work. Can't y'all have a meet-up on my birthday?

Sour - OUAIS!!! Mais, du 28 au 30 septembre et du 6 au 14 octobre j'n serai pas là.

  6. Well, I was up your way in April, however, there were emergencies. :o

You're more than welcome to come to Florida; Avi is here, too! All we'd do is take I-4 for 75 miles.

  7. Well, you did threaten to stalk me once, but you never made good on that plan. You know where to find me (and I don't mean at Target, where I see everyone else).

  8. RW - What's wrong with France?

Spénce - I'm coming to FL, but not until October. Sorry. :-/

Stef - I don't remember threatening to stalk you, but I do know where you live. I've see your house, obviously. But that was an invitation. How am I supposed to landscape your land if I don't know what it looks like??

  9. I really seriously had no idea that you are in France. I really thought that you were in America. That's cool to know.

  10. I'm not in France, it's just my code name for my real location.

  11. Heh...Can you tell I'm a blonde?

  12. Poppy - please come to Boston in the springtime. I'm staying here with some friends and we have lots of room. You can sell your paintings on the sidewalk.

  13. I'll actually be in Boston on September 1 for BoSox vs. Orioles. Will you?

  14. You'll get to meet me (and probably Britt) soon enough. And after meeting me - you won't need to meet anyone else.

  15. You're bringing Britt to dinner? Are you that scared of me?

  17. Awesome, I never knew how to spell "ouais." When I was in France 11 years ago, this one woman kept saying "way," and i realized she was colloquializing "oui", but i couldn't spell it in my head.

meeting bloggers is fun most of the time. i do remember after GABE (great austin blogger encounter), one woman took us all off her blogroll. Ouch. She had nice photos on her blog, too. I still read her on the sly.

  18. Bearette - My vernacular French is awful because I was taught Parisienne and it's very pure. I'm lucky I know how to spell ouais. :) Or swear at all. (Fout-toi, eh? I'm sure no one says that.)

  19. I live on the dark side of the moon. I never get to meet anyone.

  20. Yah, sorry. "Dark side of the moon" is not on my Fall tour schedule. Baltimore? Check. DC? Check. Orlando? Check. Dallas? Check. New York City? Check. France (where I live)? Check. Pink Floyd's favorite location? Not check.
