fields of gold Gordon

I got stung by something yesterday while mowing after which my hand and thumb swelled up. Yesterday I took Benadryl and the hand swelling went away completely but my thumb still does any of the following at any given time: remains swollen; itches; hurts if I run any temperature of water across it; tingles; stings.

I took photos, but I have little hope you'd notice the difference.

Here it is (my left hand, thanks, stop making fun of my hands!):

  1. I am not sure Adventure is the right way to describe that. All jokes aside, you should probably have that looked at if the swelling/pain doesn't go away. I ended up getting Sepsis from a Bee sting plus I found out that I am allergic to them on top of that.

Bee careful (hee hee). I ouldn't help myself.

  2. ADW, I will keep this in mind. If not better by Tuesday night I'll call first thing Wednesday morning. AFAIK, with sepsis you actually see blood trying to make a bee-line (heee) for your heart, yes? I see no such lines at the moment.

  5. Yeow. It was a gardening accident that killed Spinal Tap's drummer. Be careful in the yard.
