Woodpecker, anyone?

This one was mammoth. All of our other woodpeckers are 1/4 the size at best. This champ musta been eating his Wheaties!

Update: P'nut has confirmed that this is a real woody (pileated) woodpecker. More examples are here and here.

    Dude! That's a Woody Woodpecker for sure... just look at the head!!

    My sister has two Downy Woodpeckers that visit regularly and I think they're completely, utterly adorable.

    P'nut and MIL - Awesome! We have a bunch of littler woodpeckers, but that one was like the size of a freakin' HAWK.
