  2. I'm in the state formerly known as "Winter Wonderland". :)

  3. Oh! I'm so jealous! It's so beautiful.....

Then again, if I were up there I'd probably be complaining like nobody's business because of the cold. :)

  4. Snow? Nooooooo! Please tell me you rented a snow-making-machine just for the fun of it!

  5. Nope, that's the real stuff and it's heavy. O, you'll get yours, my pretty! *cackle*

  6. Once again, the DC area has skipped right over fall. Such a bummer. Here in DC, we didn't get snow, but I know VA and MD did, so it isn't too far off for us...

  7. Wow. Snow already???

If I had it my way, spring and fall would last much longer.

  8. Today we're supposed to get more snow, but I live in a state where they anticipate snow in any season, so the ride into work was completely uneventful.

  9. Send some of that down here! I want snow!

I was so excited this morning because it was cold enough for me to wear a scarf.

  10. Holy cow! Already?? You know I'm visiting you this winter and dragging you skiing, right?

  11. I don't ski. I've XC skiied twice, never downhill skiied. I have a weak ankle and am terrified of going down a big hill without full control of my faculties. You're welcome to stay in the guest room and XC around our property and the 40 acres of common land, though!

  12. I love those nighttime show shots. The snow is so surreal-looking. So stark white against deepest black. I bet it won't stick, and will all be gone by tonight.
