- Buying clothes with Hay (well, okay, I go to my store and he goes to his store, but we carpool there together!)
- Getting new glasses
- SEEING TMBG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Planting bulbs and mature plants in the blank spots of the gardens
- Mowing the lawn around the house since it has grown out of control
- Checking on my dad who had knee surgery (ow)
- Receiving random text messages from SourPuss :D
- Playing with the kitties, natch!
Things I won't be doing this weekend:
- Really celebrating cinco de mayo, because my state is lame :(sorry Mel and SkeeterB):
- Seeing Spider-Man 3 (maybe next week)
At least the list of what I won't be doing is shorter than the list of what I will be doing, but I'm pretty bummed about those two things. I'm sure I'll get over it, especially if Mel drunk-texts me while she and SkeeterB are doing body shots. (What? TEQUILA!)
You'll be missing a great time! But, you can make it up to us when you visit in July ;)
ReplyDeleteI'll make sure I do a few shots for you, and then drunk-message you with incoherent ramblings.
Do you live in a dry state or something, or does your state just have something against Cinco de Mayo specifically? I'm confused (and sad for you).
ReplyDeleteI very much need to mow my lawn (haven't done so yet this year). I am in denial or something--thinking if I don't start mowing it, it won't keep growing. It's ridiculous, I know.
Have fun at TMBG! Tell the Johns I said hi! :-)
Mel - Looking very much forward to them. :)
ReplyDeleteStef - I think my state only observes French holidays. If I can convince everyone that "cinquo de mayo" is French then I might have a chance?
Awesome - have fun!
ReplyDeleteWe'll be busy with our Cinco de Mayo party.
I will fly down in between glasses and kitty play.
ReplyDeleteI KNOW, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THAT I WOULD TOTALLY RUN OFF WITH THEM BOTH AND JUST STARE AT THEM ALL DAY LONG.
ReplyDeleteI hate to admit it but Flans is my favorite. I know, I chose one John over the other! BAD POPPY.
