"Keep up with me, people!"* / "You're so vain, you probably think this post is about you (you're so vain)"

Apparently I'm one notch too far down on the deadpan scale today. When I tell jokes people* are trying to explain to me what they meant by their statement that led me to joke with them in the first place. Always assume I'm kidding and you'll be right 99.99% of the time. Leave it to me to deal with the .01%.

And by "people" I mean work people, not blog people. You all seem to get my jokes. Except one of you who always thinks I'm serious. Not sure what to do about you...

I'm split between which comment I want to leave:

Why are you being so serious?

and

I didn't realize you were being funny. {ducks}

Thank you, I'm here all night!

I'm cool with either. :)

Then you are the "smart" and slow boat gets the "ass". :P

"The Slow Boat Gets the Ass"

Isn't that a nursery rhyme or something?

Wait. Are you seriously being funny? Or are you being funny in a serious way?

AssCW - It is now, Slow Boat. (Oh, I am clever today!

Avi - Yes. And you're the vain one.

SkeeterB - As in whiskey? :D

K - How very, very unfortunate...

Avi - That's because you have a big ego? :)
